That can sum up life for most of us I'm afraid. Perhaps it is also the curse of modern day life. There is just too much. We watch too much TV, eat too much junk food, stress ourselves too much, stay up much too late, sleep too much, sit too much, gossip too much, waste too much time, work too much, play too much, own too many clothes, have too much debt, . . . .and the beat goes on. My goal is to figure out how to take the "too much" out of my life. If you know the secrets of balanced living, share the wealth!

I don't know the answer, that's for sure. But I must say not having a car or TV easily or readily accessible seems to slow things down for me. Definitely not feasible for lots of people, but helps me with some of the "too much" (although I'm sure I do spend too much time on the internet).
One thing is certain: we can never get "too much" of the Debster around here! We're excited for your trip to Cedar City next month!
Sorry, I'm logged in as Jeremy. This is Carly!
As much as I don't like it, I've always thought maybe its quitting life and moving to Blanding. But I don't think thats the answer either. Maybe for you its saying "No."
I agree with Jackie. I have learned how to say no when life is feeling overwhelming. It makes me,and my children and husband for that matter, much more happy.
