This is hard work. . .and that's all I have to say about that!
I'll do the mop boards - sometime, sooner than later, as the kitchen is a little "tight" with all the furniture in there. And we still have the kitchen to do - but I can't think about that right now!

I love it!! It looks sooo nice. everything looks good. When the kitchen is finished too it is going to make the space look so open.
Thanks, today dad is kind of anxious to get it finished up. I'm having major "how should I put it back together" anxiety. I'm thinking I want the piano across the room, a cough under the window. I don't know. SHould I put the pictures back on the same wall or on the east wall. AHHHHHH
Look Awesome!! You guys should take a well deserved break for at least a week and then finish it up. I have the same anxiety when I decorate. It sounds pathetic, but paint colors and decorating decisions have been known to keep me up at night.
Hey, Let me know when you are ready to come remodel at my place! It looks like you two are going great guns! Keep us posted. I love seeing what you are doing!
By the way, all info is off to Ginger. The bank didn't even ask me about paying for 31 pages of trust to be mailed to Oregon. They just mailed it from their office...
Everything looks so great! I cannot wait to see the finished project! I love the paint colors.. it's going to feel so brand new and different next time we come! Black frames would look pretty on that green.. but so would anything.. i can't believe the transformation.
